getting a limitted access notification over wireless connection and when i try tom open my web the connection disables ..it is a public network so am supposed to login with my account first to be able to use it

That is not unusual for a "public" WIFI that requires a login. The login portal stops the process. Bring up a browser and attempt to login. That should resolve your "limited" status.
