What Ram should i choose?

Hi guys.

I am building this pc:

i5 8600k, ASUS Prime Z370-A, EVGA SuperNOVA 550w G2, 80+ GOLD, ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Dual-fan OC, and 16gb ram ddr4. With a 1tb hard drive no SSD.

And i have this two options for ram:

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz
PNY - Anarchy (2x8GB) 16GB PC4-25600 3200MHZ DDR4

What is better?

Well if they are at same price go for higher speed ram.
If they arent and the 3200MHz is a bit pricier that you can buy SSD then go for lower ram speed and buy SSD.
Ram speed doesnt affect much Intel, unless some games like ROTTR.

Do you know about other better RAM?

Or I will choose the PNY that is at 3200mhz

There is no, or any difference between ram except warranty.
Im just giving an opinion, that if the lower speed ram (any) and its cheaper than higher speed ram that you can buy an SSD.
If the difference isnt BIG then go for higher speed ram, since you can re use it in future if you're gonna buy new PC or similar.
