also that cpu is not good enough for a 1070

it can barely manage to keep up with that 580



you need to also upgrade the cpu, otherwise you are going to be very disappointed in the lack of performance increase because of cpu bottleneck

Seeing that the 450watt psu runs the RX580 should it run a gtx 1070 as well since the RX580 uses more watts,but i agree to some extend on the cpu part with what's said above.

Looking at the specs of the pc,if i'm not wrong it uses single cannel ram=1x8gb,would i rather upgrade that first to dualchannel ram,see what improvement that gives.Try and look for some faster ram while you're at it,can sell the single stick to recuperate some money.
