Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD39 Rev 1.3 (will not read Dual Channel Memory)

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD39 Rev 1.3
MEMORY: 2 each CORSAIR XM# CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 1333MHz 8GB (2X4GB)
PROCESSOR: Intel (R) CORE (TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz

Again the gigabyte motherboard is not reading the dual channel memory listed above CPUZ does show Dual channel. Again the motherboard is only reading 4gb per stick of ram.

That is because each is only 4GB for a total of 8GB.

The info you provided indicates that you have 2 sticks of 4GB each for a total of 8GB. They are sold as 8GB (2x4GB) kits. As such, only 8GB is available, not 16GB.

This is true for both of your threads. You would have to have 4 of these sticks installed to get 16GB.

Again the motherboard is only reading 4gb per stick of ram.

The motherboard is correct. You need 2 of those kits totaling 4 sticks of RAM to have 16GB.
