Hi, I'm a total newbie in overclocking. I have a Galax GTX 1070 TI EX (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b5046/galax-gtx-1070-ti-ex) and my specs are:
Intel i7 8700
Deepcool Gammaxx 400
Galax GTX 1070 TI EX
Geil Evo Spear 16GB DDR4 2400mhz
Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 80+ 650watts
Asrock Fatal1ty H370 Performance
LG 24GM79G 1920x1080p 144hz

I have activated Intel Turbo Boost & set my RAM speed to 2400mhz. I am not familiar yet with VGA overclocking and I'll be using MSI Afterburner.
Can anyone please give any advice for the maximum performance overclocking safely based on the VGA specification I gave on the link above?

every card is different so you'll have to find out exactly what that thing is capable of. A normal Pascal card overclock might be +125 core clock and +325 mem clock. maybe start lower than that and work your way up until your system is stable. you can use MSI AB or EVGA XOC. just bump clock speeds a little at a time, stress test and bump some more if it responds in a positive manner

Btw temperature won't be much a concern here, I have great airflow with Aerocool LS-5200 Case, 2 intake fans at front, 1 exhaust at back & 1 exhaust at top, in an air conditioned room.
