Can i upgrade my pc with $400 budget

this is my current spec:
- Asrock 890FX Deluxe5
- Patriot Signature Line 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3
- AMD FX 8320E
- MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G

can i upgrade my pc for current AAA game in 1080p with only $400?
any suggestion?

Well you can. It will not be top tier upgrade. You need CPU ryzen comes to mind, with cpu +mobo + ram you will get as far as 1400 in balanced build.
but AMD Ryzen 5 2600 + mobo 100$ + ddr4 3000 Ram stick. IT should be better. if you want to go for ATX then get 2x4 ram and second pair soon for best experience.GTX 970 should hold, you might want to run high, not ultra.
