As I asked above, what are you getting? At what resolution? From what review did you see show you getting better than what you are getting? Without knowing your frame rates, I can't say if your machine has issues or not. We need details, not "I'm not getting what I was expecting". Odds are nothing is wrong...

Odds are nothing is wrong because you are using lower end hardware. But without details I'm just guessing.
Apu's aren't much chop and a good portion of it's cpu power is devoted to integrated graphics.
To get most out of your graphics card will want a cpu to be just a cpu so it can accumulate all it's recourses to do just that. An AMD Athlon X4 880K upgrade your motherboard supports will better provide your Rx560.
