Yesterday I experienced a Issue that was unexpected. The phone suddenly started restarting by its own. After the phone had restarted the fingerprint sensor was not functioning properly. I restarted it again and the finger print sensor worked fine. After every unexpected restart I experienced this issue with the finger print sensor.
What might be causing the unexpected restarts?
Well I did witness that when the phone restarted, or any time that I enabled or disabled the network using off line mode, a warning message would appear as a notification saying Sim Processor. Something tells me that there is a hardware defect in the Sim Processor causing android to crash and unexpectedly reboot.
What I tried doing.
First of all I went and bought a new nano sim just to be sure that the sim was not the problem. I also inserted the sim in my older device and there where no crashes occurring or warnings showing up.
After I Clear and wiped the cash multiple times and it did not fix the issue. The phone still experienced the same issues.
I then did another hard reset just in case the operating system got corrupted. Although the phone did not restart as of yet, I do still get the same warning in the notification bar.
I recorded video footage using the screen capture tool and I uploaded it on you tube so that you can check for your selves. Below is the following link that contains that video footage.

I think that I have depleted my options. Does anyone know a fix for it other than sending it for warranty?
