So, i can have the old prebuilt dell from my dad, so i can put my old gtx 770 in it, when i checked the ram frequency's it said that 1 ram stick was 633 hz and the other one was 200 hz, does any1 have a idea why the one is running lower than the other?

Solution
I would suspect there is an issue with the 200MHZ reading RAM, as a system runs the RAM at the speed of the SLOWEST stick.

It might be bad, or (more likely), the system isnt reading the SPD correctly; so find out what the correct settings are and try manually entering them in the BIOS.
