hi
i`ve got some problems with my MB , it stuck in boot loop after installing ram with no beep or display anything just spining fans!
I found that its because of ram incompatibility! there is qvl in MB site , but i dont have access to exact model as listed there and as its mentioned there they cant list every compatible ram!
how to choose the right ram for this specific mainboard?

MB : gigabyte ga-ep43t-usb3
i dont know the bios version as its not booted yet
cpu : 5430 xeon
ram : kingston ss 1600 4g ddr3

Solution
Because you used the Xeon 5430 cpu, which is lga771, and you didn't say anything about you use the adapter or not. If you didn't, and read the info from the linker: https://www.delidded.com/lga-771-to-775-adapter/

If you did the exactly same like that instruction, and the problem maybe from the BIOS or something else. You have to know what BIOS is in that MB, that means you need to have a lga 775 CPU to boot up to check the BIOS version, because one of troubleshooting idea is the BIOS. You can check the last part, Troubleshooting Problems, to see you can solve the problem or not.
