"Unidentified network" on ethernet connection leaving me with no internet access

I recently had a new router put into my student accommodation as we had changed to a "business package". Now for some reason the ethernet comes up as unidentified. I have the IP4V (Think thats correct) and IP6V set to automatically get the IP addresses and such. Really annoying issue, any help would be very much appreciated!

Solution
Someone will need to set up said router (normally comes up with 192.168.0.1 or similar address) via web interface, as many routers default to POP3 authentication on WAN access vice DHCP (power on and off ya go!)

Whoever set up said 'business package' could at least make sure it works before departing...; however, you setting up wireless access for others to access the router is another issue entirely.
