Hey guys, im going to buy a budget gaming PC and these are the ones i can afford, i was going to buy one with a Ryzen 5 2400g with a RX Vega 11 incorporated in the CPU, but my friend was telling me an i3 7100 with a GTX 1050 2gb was better. I dont really trust him so i was wondering if someone could give me a detailed answer.

The GTX 1050 is faster that the Vega 11 in that APU. The Vega 11 is about the same speed as a GT 1030.
CPU wise the 2400g is a bit better than the i3 7100, but the i3 8100 is a few bucks cheaper than the i3 7100 and faster than both.
For gaming out of the box the I3 with the 1050 will game better.

Are you looking at prebuilts or looking to build a system?

Thank you for the answer! Anyway, I really can only get a prebuilt one cause i dont have alot of money right now, so i cant get the i3 8100. Should i go ahead and buy the i3 one? Its just ive always heard i3 wasnt that powerful for gaming so i really dont know what to do, and everyone is telling me to get the ryzen cause its newer, besides my friend that is. Is it that much of a difference between that i3 and ryzen or the vega and the GTX? Can you give me an FPS example or is that too far fetched? :p
