GTX 1080 has heavy ghosting, linked video shows problem.

I have just recently upgraded to a GTX 1080, and i have only been troubleshooting. There is some sort of refresh rate issue that i can't figure out how to fix. this ghosting in the video is prominent on both screens and was not a problem on my old R9 390, this is causing my displays to look like trash. Please provide any details on how i could fix this

CHECK YOUR OWNERS MANUAL TO MONITOR,

some monitors have different capabilities with different inputs. so try a different cable and input to see if that helps
