How does my PC compare to the xbox one X or PS4 Pro in terms of raw performance

You cannot compare PC and Consoles, its kinda "stupid" lets say. The consoles are usually either 30Fps or 60Fps but as I've watched or read about it PC can get higher quality lets say.
Pretty much you can max out games almost at 60FPS.

The thing is the coding of the games for PC and Consoles is different.
