Definitely the second setup with 144hz monitor, it is absolutely worth 100 extra dollars, the difference between 144hz and 75hz is night and day. Especially in first person shooter, 144hz will give you an enormous advantage. You could also take k68 instead of k70, since the numpad likely wont benefit you in any way. Good luck :)

What GPU are you running?

While 144Hz 1080p is doable on a lot of cards (albeit with lowered settings) for titles like CS:GO or Overwatch..... R6, BF4 and PUBG are going to need a pretty strong GPU to drive the required framerate for a smooth experience, without lowering graphical fidelity substantially.

Gtx 1070, 16gb ram and i5 7400

A 1070 should do the job well for either monitor. The i5-7400 may limit you in some instances, but overall, should be just fine.

Personally, I'd opt for the 16:9 144Hz monitor, but you can't really go wrong with either.

I'd be inclined to suggest the 144Hz if your main preference is towards CS:GO and Overwatch.

The option 1 would be preferable in terms of budget . Do you see any difference in 60 hz vs 75 hz? And then does the difference beetween 75hz and 144hz worth a 100 euros more?

Personally? I don't play titles that benefit from being that much 'smoother'.

Some people will swear they see the difference between 75 vs 60Hz..... the biggest feature of the first monitor is going to be it's Ultrawide nature (21:9), not it's refresh rate.

60Hz vs 144Hz though.... a huge difference. For the kind of titles you play, I'd say yes, it's worth ~100EUR more.... pretty comfortably.
