Sharp/Aquos don't use an "app store". There's pre-loaded Apps (Netflix, Hulu, Vudu etc), but I don't believe there's any way to add additional apps.
They're not coded for, nor will they receive too many updates. It's a pretty locked ecosystem.

If you want an "app store" on your TV, your best option is to get a Chromecast or some sort of plug-in Android device. If your TV has an MHL port, a phone or tablet with MHL support would be another option.
