Weird DNS Problem that comes back after reboot

The problem consists in me not being able to access any websites outside of Google and YouTube.
(Windows 10 machine, Ethernet)
What I did:

  • Tried rebooting both the modem and the computer
Tried the Windows 10 Network reset
Tried Absolutely every option in Conner Bernhhard’s NetAdapter repair (Changing and flushing DNS, resetting proxy and firewall settings,
TCP IP repair, enabling DHCP, etc.),to no avail
Scanned for malware with Malwarebytes, Windows Defender and uninstalled all Antiviruses(Seemed like some kind of problem with Avira’s stupid VPN, but later realized that that wasn’t it)
I’ve managed to get it working by resetting every single networking config on my pc to defaults, restarting the computer and router some times, whenever it works seems arbitrary.

If it helps, this is my ipconfig /all:

Solution
If you know, in network and sharing center, under change adapter settings, right click on local area connection, and on IPV4 if you did set DNS 8.8.8.8 set automaticly and tick verify DNS.

Or try contacting your internet provider as they could have better knowledge.

Or third possible option is to go to your motherboards website, download lan driver and install and if prompted to reboot do it.
