Hi,

I plan to build a new PC that should last me at least for 5 years.

I need a new PC mainly for gaming at high FPS for my new 144hz monitor so I expect to run games above 100 fps on 1080p. I also plan to use it for various other stuff like Virtualization, Web dev and dual boot with a Linux distro.

My budget right now is around 1500€ - 1600€ though I can increase it to 1800€.

Here's my current parts list(I mainly plan to buy them from Amazon.de since I live in Austria): https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/VjKN6s

and PSU: https://amzn.to/2JccFi0

I plan later to add more RAM

Now, there's been rumors and leaks about Intel's and Nvidia's newest products that are expected to be released this year, should I wait for them another 2 months to be
maybe announced or should I buy the parts now?

Better looking high quality build.

First I would recommend to ditch that Cooler Master AIO and get the Corsair H100 V2. CM has highest AIO failure rate stay away from it. Corsair on the other hand did not have a single case of failure since the launch of gen2 series.

Also stay away from Kingston SSDs. Minimum get SanDisk SSD. The one I listed is good one and is worth it.

I changed the case to one which is better in quality and is easy and comfort to work.

I also listed high quality PSU. RGB PSU not required.

Yes I recommend waiting for the launch of GTX1180. It is around 50% more powerful than GTX1080 on paper which is a huge improvement. Will have to wait and see if leaks are true.
