How to find the name of my tv in my router settings?

Solution
In my router there is a description, sometime a bit cryptic but it exists. You can start by easily eliminating the obvious one. In the worst case scenario simply disconnect everything except your TV, go into your router settings and view the clients that are connected. This may be dependent some what on the routers capabilities. I was going to post a picture of my settings in my router I dont see a way to add a picture.

Make and model TV?

Do you have the User Guide/Manual?

Most TV's have some "Menu" options wherein the end user can access the configuration screens to enable or disable various functions. Or provide specific configuration information/settings.

No specific direction to offer at this time.

However, access the TV's menus, look for networking, and hopefully you will find where and how to disable wireless.

PS. Regarding the MAC - take a close look at the labels on the TV or any "about" screens, etc.

The MAC should be listed accordingly.

There is nothing...from looking at my Roku, I expected to see a mac address or something but there is nothing. The only option for wireless is to change it to wired. Updated to add: I did find the Mac address..but I hooked it up via wired and then was able to bypass....although it still has my city as somewhere else. I changed my zip code at samsung so hopefully it will update by tomorrow. but I will have to hook up the internet again to see if it changes.
