I'm on Windows 10 and tried to install Windows 7 on a seperate partition. It worked, and then I had to delete it. Now I can reinstall, but when I open the setup, it says failed to create folder "C:\$WINDOWS.-BT" because the folder already exists. When I tried to delete it, it said it was in use by another program. Can anyone help me?
