There are several options when it comes to your request. Motherboard manufacturers publish information on what RAM is compatible with motherboards on their websites. Here is the link for your particular board:

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK#support-mem-12

Make sure that the "Memory by Rx-1x00" link is selected at the top.

From there, you can look for RAM that supports the speeds you're looking for. Keep in mind, you will have to overclock the RAM via your motherboard to achieve your goal of 3000-3200mhz.

You can copy/paste the product numbers from the table in to google and it will take you directly to the kits.

For example, here is some RAM that can achieve what you're looking for...

Best ram for that setup is G-skill Trident-Z 3200 C14or FlareX 3200. RGB is a personal choice. Alternately the Patriot Elite 3200 is also recommended as is G-skill RipJaws V C14.

Some choices will depend on if budget, performance or looks take importance or consideration.

What he said is absolutely correct, but he didn't tell you everything.
They do not test EVERY kind of ram out there that would be prohibitively expensive and time consuming to say the least.
So broaden your horizons look for Ryzen compatibility instead of your specific motherboard unless you want to limit your options drastically.
Chances are if it works on another Ryzen board it SHOULD work on yours.
Maybe you want RGB (All the craze, not my cup of tea but to each their own) or flames or blue or whatever floats your boat.
I would be more concerned with the height and interference with the CPU HSF. Again depends on what you are putting in there.
buy from a reputable dealer and return if there is a problem.

I think I'll buy the corsair vengeance lpx (8x2) 3600mhz, the guy at the top suggested it but is there a 3200mhz kit instead of 3600mhz, because I dont think i have a budget for that kit, its very pricey for me, is this ram really compatible with my setup? I'm just making sure that I'm not going to waste my money, thank you guys in advance.

Edit: Found the link of the kit I was talking about guys

Edit Again: Or should I just buy this kit and oc it to 3200mhz? Will I be able to oc it? If yes, tell me how guys, this is my first time building my own pc so I dont know a lot of things about this.

I would suggest not wasting money on a kit that can support 3600mhz because your particular board doesn't support that frequency. If the price difference is negligible, pick the one that you like the best
