So i want to change my motherboard and cpu from Intel to AMD. Will i have to reinstall windows or will it boot like normal? If i do, please give me the steps on how. I really don't know where to start

Solution
So it's ~ 220 EUR for the upgrade.
Why don't you go with i5-7600 instead? It wouldn't require re-installation of windows.
What exactly are you upgrading from and to?

Full platform change (involving change of motherboard) usually also involves re-installation of OS.

There are several issues, if you try to avoid re-installation:
  • boot mode/sata controller mode compatibility (system doesn't boot);
    driver compatibility (performance issues);
    loss of windows activation.

2 considerations. Licensing and Operation.

Licensing:
What OS is this? Where did it come from?
If Win 10, Read and do this before you change any parts:

Operation:
The eternal question...Will it boot or will it fail?
3 possible outcomes:
1. It boots up just fine.
2. It fails completely.
3. It boots up, mostly. But you have lingering issues later.

With a parts swap like that, a clean install is always recommended, often required.

Fresh install is when you install Windows from scratch... you must first create an installation midia (usually an bootable Windows 10 installation pen drive), then boot from it, format your drive and install Windows 'fresh'. Before you need to backup all your important files to another location (an external drive, a pen drive...), so you won't loose them, because formatting your hard drive will delete everything from it.
