Which is the best cooling solution for i7 8700k

So am planning to overclock my i7 8700k upto 4.7ghz, which is the best value option?The prices are rigged in my country (India).
My options are:
1.Corsair h80i V2 ₹8,140($120)
2.Corsair h100i V2 ₹8,585($126)
3.Corsair h115i RGB ₹12,600($185)
4.Masterliquid 240 ₹7135($105)
5.Nzxt kraken x62 ₹12430($183)
6.Fractal design ₹11995($176)
Celsius s36

In the big scheme of things, all those perform about the same. It'll depend on the fan they come with. Since you're from India, I would save my money and go with the Coolermaster one since is so much cheaper than the rest.

the best way to lower i7 8700k temp is delidding.

4.7ghz is a relative low oc, so you are probably fine with any of the 240 rads.
anything higher would pbbly require you to delid your cpu and apply lm.
if funny that you have to void warranty to protect your cpu from heat, but again, oc technically voids warranty too.

if you don't mind the cpu warranty, i would also suggest delid the cpu. other wise go wth gasaraki's suggestion on the masterliquid.
