UPDATE 4/6:
Factory resetting my router gets me my full speed. Hurrah! (Thanks Ralston18!) However, as soon as I upload my old settings the speed drops back down. Obviously, this is a software issue.
Any help regarding how to proceed is appreciated.

Hello!
My problems started a few days ago, probably before the Windows 10 update. After getting almost the 30 Mbps I’m paying for for two years, speeds suddenly dropped to 2 Mbps on my main computer. After trying some other units, I’ve discovered the following:
1. All my computers get 2 Mbps, regardless of what Ethernet port on my switch I use.
2. Connecting any unit to the router by Wi-Fi gets me almost 10 Mbps.
3. Connecting to the router by wire gets me 2 Mbps.
4. Connecting to the modem by wire gets me 15-30 Mbps.
5. Reducing the number of units connected to the router to a single one makes no difference.
6. Pinging a computer through the router works fine: zero package loss, <1ms.
From the above, I surmised that the router is the problem. However, updating my drivers and soft resetting the router yields no result. I am not interested in factory resetting it, since that would mean losing hard-won settings.
Modem: Technicolor TG799TSvn v2
Router: Asus RT-AC1900
Switch: D-Link DGS-1016D
My network is VDSL>MODEM>ROUTER>SWITCH>COMPUTER, wired all the way. I have a NAS server connected to the router, but removing that and the switch (and soft resetting the router) makes no difference.
The problem applies to several different units running different Windows versions (7 and 10), so I won’t bother giving their specifications.
I will be duly grateful for any help!
