I would recommend the CoolerMaster or the Thermaltake, but all 3 would work just fine. They all have 6+2 -pin power deliver for the GPU, so the R9 270x won't work because they basically all require dual 6 pin power. The R7 360 is a pretty terrible card and I don't recommend it. I would get the 1050 ti if you can't get a PSU with a dual 6-pin for the R9 270x, and don't use adapters from Molex to 6 pin since they almost always stress the PSU more since Molex was designed to be Molex not a 6-pin.

None of these 3 are the highest end PSU's, but they won't fry your parts. They have had some bad reviews before, but you should be fine as long as your buying them new, don't buy a used PSU unless you have seen it stress tested and it's from a well known brand like EVGA.
