My New Pc Build: Power Shuts Down When Turning On Pc on the first time

ok so.. i build my computer few days ago, at the first time i turned the power supply "POWER BUTTON" ON it gets shut down and all my apratment power goes down.. and after i turning on all again my computer works fine like it never happend before, its happend to me few times when i turn off my power supply button from 1 to 0, and then 0 to 1 its gets shut down and then again at second time all works fine anyone know what the hell is this ?

There's a short/fault someplace within that PSU. That, or you have your MB mounted on a standoff that it shouldn't be there, causing a short on the backside of it.

Do you have a AFCI breaker in your apartment? The switch on the computer PSU might not be making quick, clean contact. If so, you could get arcing and cause an AFCI breaker to turn off. Arcing could also happen if you are pushing the PSU switch too slowly.
