As the title states, this external hard drive is not recognized by windows at all. I've looked for solutions all day and it just doesn't show up anywhere on my pc. Device manager does not show it, neither does a partitioning software. WD driver utilities doesn't recognize it either. One thing that threw me off was that it won't appear on any other pc, but it shows up on my mac device even though it's in exFAT format. I never formatted on a mac, in fact, all of the files on the drive were transferred from a pc about half a year ago. Can someone please help me, it'll help me a lot. Thanks
