Hello!
I didn't find any practical info about those two coolers in comparison.
the first one is Antec Tiger A30 and the other Arctic Freezer 11 LP

both are the same price in my country, but which one of them is better?

Solution
Arctic Cooling CPU coolers, both AIOs and air coolers are solid products. In my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), i have the bigger version of Freezer series in use called as Freezer i32 and i'm pleased with it's performance and build quality.

As far as Freezer 11 LP goes, here's review of it for you to read,

Antec is mostly known as a PSU brand who also makes some PC cases. Though, i didn't know Antec would also try it's hand on the CPU cooling segment. Arctic Cooling, in the other hand, is focused in making of PC cooling products (e.g CPU coolers and case fans) with few peripherals as well (e.g monitor stands).

Arctic Freezer has a good reputation and the reviews for this one are good. Antec have been having a bad few years for reliability, and so given a choice, I would take the AF.

The only reason I dont have AF cpu coolers right now is that both the systems using them are now watercooled; one to allow for extreme overclocking, and the other because I had a spare!!
