Hello!
I will try to explain myself - when I starting my PC, from off mode or sleep mode I have a login password. Now, when I start the PC from off mode - only after I login with the password the whole background system and background software are loading themselves.
not all the time I'm sitting, waiting for the PC to start completely until the password is required, I simply turn it on and go drinking coffee or something.

my question is: there is any way I can make the PC launch the whole background while the password isn't entered yet?
I simply want to enter the password and start my work.

OK, create a short cut to the Win7 "Resource Monitor" on your desktop, and as soon as you log in, run it and look for programs that are still waiting to run.

If you get two or more still waiting, it could well be that they are conflicting with each other. AVAST is my AV of choice, and it was also one of the two programs I had causing the slow boot issues aI mentioned earlier.

Too many files/directories in the root of the OS drive can also cause slowdowns; by too many I mean at least in the hundreds, with the path C:/

Very slow boot loading times could indicate a problem with your hard drive; even my mums ancient E4300 Core 2 duo only took 90 seconds, including the time taken to enter the password. (12 years old and never upgraded).

If the drive is getting elderly, it might be taking a long time to spin up to the correct rpm.

Try going to your motherboard website or the vendor website and see if there's any new drivers for Lan/audio. Windows updates will sometimes mess those up, causing everything from slow boots to slow opening apps to freezes during gaming and serious lag.

New doesnt mean good when it comes to Seagate; I have had drives with a few months use go bad; check to see if SMART is enabled, and check the SMART status of the drive. Failing that download and run CrystalDiskInfo.

How old is the PC, what operating system, and what anti virus software do you use.

Can you hear the drive chuntering away on wake up? Or hear the seek heads moving a lot.

When was it de-fragmented last and what is the current state? (By cloning the old drive, you also cloned all the fragments).

One issue I had a few months ago was two different programs set to start at boot were fighting each other over which was going to load first, and slowing down the boot sequence significantly. I cured that by enabling the 30 second delay option in the advanced boot options (Win7), on the less critical program.

My PC is about 7 years old, running windows 7 ultimate 64bit, I use AVAST antivirus for several years now, I don't hear any mechanical noise from the new drive, it's very quiet.
I do a full defragment every week.

and I didn't really understood what to do with the CrystalDiskInfo software.
SMART is enable

And how can I force some programs to delay their runtime?

Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Services and Applications/Services

Find the process you want to alter and select "Properties"; the start up type is in the middle of the dialogue box that opens.
