Game not running in windowed mode

]So i have a tablet laptop, its acer , it runs windows , its a tablet laptop so graphics are pretty low, only very old ges can be played on it, i am a huge fan of silent hill 2, and want to play that game on this laptop as this game is very old, so it can run awesome, but the problem is when ever i try to run that game on this laptop ,screen turns left side up, as a smartphone, so game runs only in half screen, i have already tried ctrl + alt + up,down,left,right, but it only stops the game, so give me a solution to run this game in windowed mode,

actually, its bios are in the horizontal up mode, it is not auto-rotate, I guess as it is always landscape mode, but that game always runs in the tilted screen, that why I asked for it to run in a window, not full screen so I can play it in landscape mode

Please try this it might help

Right click in the game Shortcu>properties>compatibility

There change - compatibility mode to windows XP sp1 or sp2

actually, the game is already running, but it's not running in windowed mode, i tried your given steps but, it doesn't help

Have you tried to install a compatible version of Direct X for the game?

without that, the game wouldn't have run in the first place
