Help with new PC build

I am trying to build a pc for gaming and productivity for a friend and his budget caps at about $2500. If anyone could help me with ideas for specs that would be great. He needs to be able to render videos and process and handle multiple applications at the same time like reaper alongside a bunch of plug ins like EQ'S or tone patches for instrumental tracking. Thanks!

And I assume you have the peripherals. The computer itself is around
$2000 (-monitor). I counted all fans for maximum cooling. The SSD to store an OS, etc. The cards a Radeon Vega which is great for video editing and gaming. The monitor is 144hz, 4k and has free sync to make that screen tear and lag essentially nonexistent. The i7 is not unlocked but has enough cores for major multitasking. I kept in mind you need 2 120mm fans and 1 140mm Fan if you use the water cooler, the other fans included in the case,
The plug ins needed for his instruments may be on the motherboard but there is enough money for an equaliser. Took me a while to create but hey.

Total: $2,441.43
