Hello,
Today I got my new computer and I am curious about can it run Fallout 4? Specs are:

AMD X4 730 processor

Gigabyte Radeon HD 5570 with 1GB vram

6GB Ram

Will i be able to run it at 720p at low settings without AA enabled and somewhere at 30 fps? If not, then how would perform with a Gt 1030? Please help me ASAP!
Thanks in advance!!!

In this case it is a matter of pure graphics card power. The minimum 7870 2GB is orders of magnitude more powerful than the 5570. Something like 500% faster.

What you are thinking of are the recommended system specifications. Minimum is usually lower, and is the least power required to play the game at minimum settings and 30 FPS.

Simply put... it won't let you launch the game with an HD 5570.

EDIT: Further looking around makes me think it is more a matter of graphics card feature sets than pure power. You can run the game on various R7 and 500 to 1000 series NVidia cards that are less powerful than the 7870. So if you need an inexpensive...
Apparently not.

Here are the Fallout 4 system requirements (minimum)

CPU: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent
FREE DISK SPACE: 30 GB

And comparing the minimum gfx to your gfx - http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Radeon-HD-5570-vs-AMD-HD-7870/m7686vs2161
