Tried the Game Boost in BIOs and my computer stopped working

I wanted to check out the BIOs, so I did. I saw Game Boost and I though I’d try it out. Now my computer wont start. The first few seconds everything is fine when I turn on my computer, but then it goes black and nothing is happening..
Anyone knows what to do?

B350 Tomahawk
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
MSI 1060 GTX
2x8GB Corsair RAM
Windows 10

I took out the watch type battery, and that helped, but now I got a new problem..
When I get to the point where I’m able to enter the BIOs, everything stops. It freezes.
I am able to get to the BIOs, if I’m quick, but thats about it...

I'm able to get into the bios and reset the settings to default, but my comuter still freezes.. I've had a problem like this before and reinstalling Windows 10 via M-Flash has worked, but when I tried this earlier the "Setup" file does not appear, everything else is there. I've tried multiple times with different downloads, but with no result. This has worked before so I have noe clue why it doesnt show the right file.. Do you have any idea what that could be?
