So I have a gtx 780ti windforce got it back in 2015 i use drivers 378.91 it is something like that it has been working for a while suddenly it just would not work eight there would always be a problem so i just used ddu and replaced the drivers then after a month it happened again i used ddu and reinstalled drivers but this time once it was completed installing graphics my screen went black and said no hdmi i turned it back on there were small horizontal lines going through my screen and they would sometime go away when i did an action on were they were like clicking i use ddu and screen is normal but no drivers i tried diffrent drivers anytime i install it does the same thing, device manager says code 43 i can still load stuff after using ddu that how i am typing this but it does the same i tried resetting windows complete and it still does it i have i5 8400 and 730 watt power supply i tried only installing graphics drivers no other stuff and also tried dchecking the complete reset were it resets all nvidia stuff it also does not show nvida control panle when rightclick on desktop

Seems like a dead card. Test it in another system with a known good power supply see what it does there.
