I just got a new ASUS Zenfone 3 to replace my iphone 6 (it bent, and the touch screen only worked if I bent it back in place). Anyways I put the nano sim in the phone, and went to the dual sim settings to see if everything was ok. It had my number correct, and under the "preferred SIM card" header, "voice call" is grayed out with "always ask" under it, "SMS messages" is grayed out with "SIM 2 (Available)" under it, "Data service network" IS NOT grayed out, and it says "SIM 2 (Available) under it. I tested the data an data works fine. But texts do not send, and when I make a call it shows that message. I already went to Wireless & networks> Cellular networks> SIM 2> and chose verizon wireless (my cellular provider on my SIM) and restarted my phone, but texting and calling still doesn't work. This is the Zenfone 3 ZE520KL Unlocked international model if that helps
