Hello. My custom-built PC started to randomly shut off and it doing it all the time, while it isn't idle. I tried to figure out by myself what is actually happening, but I got stuck even more. The things that I got: PC shuts off ONLY under a load on CPU/GPU/both; it shuts off completely randomly (it could work 2-3 hours and then turn off, or 5-15 mins); it did it before, but that was veeeery rare; all the temperatures are normal, so there is any components overheating. Everything looks good, but still there is some problem...
I showed my PC to a service center, and they told me that the problem is in my PSU. They are right or wrong, what do you think? Should I really replace my PSU or the problem not in it?

- PC Specs -
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX560 PULSE

HDD: Toahiba P300 (3TB)
PSU: Corsair CX750M

- PC Temp (Celsius) -
CPU = 30 (idle) - 60 (full load)

Any of them. It just shuts off with no BSOD, with no error messages, even connected to a motherboard speaker is signalling that pc successfully posts.

Is the Corsair CX 750m in your list one of the older models with green letters or one of the far better updated ones with gray? We see a lot of premature failures from the former and if temperatures are not a problem -- and they don't appear to be -- the power supply is the next suspect in the lineup for immediate shutoffs of this nature at load.

Didn't knew about new CX750M model, actually... I have the old one with green letters on it.

The CX750m didn't get updated. Only the CX450(m), 550(m) and 650(m) use the updated platform.

Your model of PSU is kinda notorious for the issue of shutting down under load, it's usually the first sign they are on their way out, or overheating.

Wait, didn't the black/gray CX750m get upgraded capacitors? I was under the impression they ditched the 85C capacitors and all the CapXons for Taicons.
