Ok, so I have 8ping, 200 up and 12down internet speed, Since last weekend my internet and mine alone on my PC has been really slow to the point where Youtube vids and twitch streams are on 160p resolution any higher than that they buffer, Also every single game i play has this delay lag. Can someone please help me? (Iv'e reset the modem, I've fully restored my PC ect..)
