Vegas Pro taking far too long to render a 15 minute video....

Specs: GTX 1070 8GB
i7-8700 upto 4.8GHz
16GB 3000MHz RAM


Im rendering a 15 minute video in 720p 30fps and its taking upwards of an hour, any reason?? Im confused af.

What version of Vegas are you using?
Is the original a 720p file?
Where is the file and where are you saving the rendered file, HDD (speed), SSD?

Go to Options>Preferences> Video tab.
Set to off GPU acceleration of video processing.
Does that speed the rendering?
