It's listed as UEFI supported (Mid 2012) which means you should have the option to change that but if you do you will need to reinstall windows.

Not sure if this is too old to answer but you're gonna have trouble moving that mobo to another case. It will screw in but the front panel I/O cable connectors are Dell proprietary and unless you're willing to experiment until you figure out what each pin does it won't work. I tried doing this with my Optiplex 9010 but ended up keeping the same case and installing a GTX 1060 in it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I managed to stick a RTX 2060 into my Optiplex9010 MT. Its a pretty tight squeeze but it does go. PSU is a thermaltake paris 650w 80 gold+. The PSU is longer than the original and to get it mounted I had to remove the side panel retaining clip/bracket thing. Not ideal, but works if you are not too bothered about aesthetics.
