Currently I know 1.23 is stable. Do you guys think that is too high for all cores set manually to 4.7? I don't really have a good enough cooler to overclock right now. And I'm not sure how the heat vs volt works when overclocking because it seems every overclock pushes me past 90c in aida64 .I have seen high clocks with high volts. But, to me this doesn't seem safe with it pushing past 90c. I would love some opinions though!

I would reccomend getting a better cooler first before pushing the CPU anymore. It depends... See what temps you get with a new cooler and make sure that it is sable at 4.7. If it is then start brining the voltage down some.
