Corsair Vengance LPX faulty ram

Hi there,
yesterday my computer started to have issues. When I turned the pc on, the fans would come to life and the computer would start, but none of the peripherals would turn on. I waited for 5 mins to see if anything was happening, but nothing did. I turned it off and then on to see if that would work, but nothing happened again. The weird thing is, the USB powering our hyper X cloud 2 was still receiving power (the lights on the interface were on). After researching on the Internet to see what was wrong, we tried checking to see if the pins were bent on our CPU, we checked to see if our gpu was messed up, and checked to see if the motherboard was faulty, but nothing was wrong with them. After all that, we powered up the computer again, and we heard 3 short beeps. When referring to our motherboard manual, that meant that the ram was faulty. Now, we have had this computer and the ram for 4 months, and it is frustrating to have problems with such a new pc. I have contacted Corsair and I am awaiting a response, but I was hoping if one of you guys could help suggest things for me to do.

Before you suggest anything, I will tell you guys the troubleshooting I have done so far:
- Removed the GPU and put it into another computer to see if it was not starting up (it did)
- Switched the RAM sticks to different slots (did not work)
- Tried using 1 RAM stick (did not work)
- Cleaned the RAM with an eraser to see if it was dirty (did not work)
- reset the BIOS on the motherboard (did not work)
- Removed the cpu to see if the pins were bent (nothing was wrong with them)

Also, the specs of my computer are:
NIVIDIA GTX 1060 6gb
16 gb corsair vengeance LPX RAM (2x8gb sticks)
ASrock b350m hdv
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (came with a cpu cooler)
Corsair vs600 silver

If you have another suggestion to help me, I am all ears :)
