Hi everyone, I've an issue with my pc. When I'm playing videogame and sometimes even when I'm watching videos ( I think this issue happens when I see my videos on vlc or Power media player, but not on internet) the video and the audio start freezing hard. I mean the fps drop down and the audio starts to distort and to buzz. I'm pretty sure this problem appears when I move the pc. I mean i'm playing, if I move even just a little the pc, it starts giving the issue. If I don't move it there aren't problems and I've 120 fps on average. My pc has 2 video cards, an Intel hd graphics 5500 and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M, and it shouldnt give issues in normal conditions. Do you know what may be the casue of this issue? Thanks in advance

The cause is most likely a bad connection.

This is what I would do.

I would open the case and disconnect and reconnect everything.

Do it one by one so you don't screw anything up.

Disconnect....inspect to make sure there is no debris, bent pins etc.....reconnect.

Also....pull out you cards....inspect....reseat the cards.

I might not go as far as to pull the processor and the cooler....you might leavet this be for now and only reseat that if this doesn't work.

After you reseat everything try it out.
