MSI B350M PRO VDH Boot Light On

My MSI B350M-PRO-VDH's boot light stays on while booting and i also cant get into the BIOS/there is no signal on the screen. I have my blank hard drive plugged in and powered,
Im not sure whats happening here,

The light is on because the motherboard has not detected a booting device.
After you select the device (Flash drive, optical drive) you want to boot from the light will go off.

If the display is blank, then check that the graphics card is seated properly.
Also check that the graphics card power is properly connected, if there is one.
Check the display cable and also the display input selection.
