Could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings

Hello, I'm running Windows 10 April Update on a laptop and desktop. I ran troubleshooting on my connection one day when my desktop disconnected a few times and it was difficult to get a connection again. After shutting on and off and unplugging cable it worked. I changed the cable and it hasn't done it since BUT when I ran and still shows the error "Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings" and for the heck of it I checked my wireless laptop and it shows the same error. I figure it's either win 10 or a setting in router Asus RT-AC3200 BUT I don't really have connection issues, I can get on internet but I have no idea what a proxy is.... Thoughts?

Well I tried a few CMD prompt that I found (netsh winsock reset and I can't remember the other) and those didn't work then I said heck with it and did a full wipe/restore on both PC's yesterday and still same error.
