Multiple Issues with Recently Bought Gaming Computer

To start this off, I am brand new to pc gaming and I am very excited to learn everything. I have a couple of friends who have been helping me but now we are all stuck. I bought my computer used from someone who claimed they just bought it last October (2017). Here is a short and incomplete list of the issues I am having with the computer over the last two months:

Both Steam and Microsoft Games (Large games like Skyrim and small games like speedrunner) randomly quit to desktop with no report

Upon start up, disk use is 100% and stays that way for about 15 to 20 minutes (even with all start up tasks shut off)

Recently during games, my pc will tell me I do not have enough ram for stable frame rate

Frequent BSOD for multiple reasons (Normally to do with Windows not working correctly)

I have tried to fix all of these problems as they came along. I disabled things like Superfetch to get my disk % lower. I have done a clean install of Windows 10 on the computer about 2 weeks ago. I tested the hard drive (test came back with no errors) and the ram (also no errors). I did a stress test on the computer which shut the computer down within about a minute and 30 seconds. The hardware in my computer is listed below:

PSU - 450V Bronze EVGA
Motherboard - MSI b350m Bazooka
RAM - 8gb DDR4
GPU - Radeon RX 580 ARMOR 4g OC
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1400
HDD - Seagate 2 TB Barracuda

If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them. I am open to anything at this point (including throwing the thing out the window and starting over from scratch). Thank you in advance!!!

Just ran a GPU stress (Furmark) and I shut it down at 20 min. My temp got to 89 C but was still running stable fps and wasnt having any issues

89'C is quite hot but 95'C is what it is rated at.
If RAM is OK, software is OK, the only thing left what I can think of is motherboard or PSU.

How old is the system? Remember everything will have a 1 year warranty and if you suspect it to be faulty, try and get it sorted under warranty.

I just installed a new PSU (750v Gold) and it is still quitting to desktop randomly during games.
