Hi guys,

So recently I purchased a Razer Blade laptop with a GTX 1060, and it ran perfectly fine up until it began crashing with the error "video memory management internal", which would resolve itself once I restarted the laptop. However, after about a week of semi-frequent crashes, the graphics card just stopped working and, when I checked in devices, showed an error 43. After this, I followed almost all the advice I could (including from this site and from the Nvidia forum), I have reinstalled the newest graphics drivers from Nvidia, reinstalled older ones, used DDU to uninstall and then reinstalled drivers in safe mode. Occasionally the reinstall would seem to work, I could use the graphics card for about a day or two before again crashing with a "video memory management internal" and then the graphics card had an error 43. Which would result in me uninstalling and reinstalling again to fix the issue temporarily. However, today it just seemed to be stuck on an error 43 and no reinstalling and uninstalling would fix it. I'm stumped guys, and I need help fixing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My Specs:

- Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

- Windows 10 Home

- Nvidia GTX 1060 24.21.13.9793

Solution
Contact Razer for support unless system is already out of warranty. Did you try a system factory reset? If yes and it's still doing this, likely a hardware issue.
