PC shuts off randomly! Not a PSU or heating issue.

Hello, i build my rig 5 years ago but added a new gpu and psu recently. My pc just shuts down randomly, sometimes even when idle. No error ir anything. Im able to start it up instantly after. I just dont know what it could be, temps are cool (30-40) but cpu is around 50c idle and can get to 65 in heavy load.

Z87 motherboard
8g ddr3 ram
I5-4790
Evga Gtx 1080
650 gold rated corsair psu.

I've sent it to repair TWICE and ive been told they fixed the issue only for it to continue to crash.

I've already got a new PSU to fix this issue but it still happens. Ive always done a clean windows install.

What else could it be?

Thank you

I have tried switching sockets. Only the pc dies, monitor stays on.

What's the likelyhood of it just being a dead motherboard? Im hoping i can just order a new one and it'll work okay

I doubt it is a RAM issue if you aren't getting any type of error. My best guess is the motherboard.

if it was a RAM issue the computer would only restart or not boot at all, not power off
