You could but it depends on the other hardware you have. Even then I wouldn't recommend it. What other hardware are you running?

Yes you can. The psu is designed to run stock with any card that'll fit into a pcie x16 slot that does not require additional power. In pc's with options for large wattage cpus, they use 300w+ psus. Pc's with stock 235w psus generally maxed out with @150w with nominal usage of @75-100w.
Op, you sure that's an HD 8750 and not an HD 8570? The HD 8570 is a 50w OEM card, meaning it came stock with HP/Dell etc.
