Specs

8700k
bios 1003 (X hero)
RAM 3200mhz corsair Dominator platinum c16
Evga 750 PSU g2 supernova
M.2 NVME 970 evo 500gb
H150i pro rgb AIO cooler
Evga 1070 FTW

System boot
loops when running XMP
Was doing the same without xmp but not anymore after few attempts.(without xmp)

CODE 32 repeat check on led before successful post

As title mentions 3rd 8700k 2nd hero board 2 set of RAM same issue and am worried the 3rd as I was with my second will also be destroyed.

Yes all previous components destroyed or appeared "faulty" motherboard previously stopped posting frequent weird power off sound happening before motherboard died.

I don't know what to say...

I did get a random one time good boot everything fast but that was it. With this new build

Naturally i tried evrything i can think of from help in forums.
Lowering VCCIO VCCIA
(which helps with the double post on previous board)

All bioses tested

Clearing cmos etc each time making appropriate tests or changes.

"Breadboarded" the system etc etc etc etc etc.

Used the full no post guides in toms hardware which is recommended.
Including the 1 stick of RAM testing all slots etc too

Just very tired now almost given up

Setup issue...??? Fan setup in asus as disabled or auto for qfan same thing.

After clearing cmos i get error message not time.

Previous board many times

" after intel optane memory or the raid configuration was built
Sata mode must be changed to RAID mode to avoid unknown issues"

Could it just be incompatible RAM. If so why would it give issue when left as default.
I don't think i even know how to set this board possibly i need to configure things a particular way, as i find it hard to believe it is hardware related seen as the components have changed.

Can any expert on this help me please... please on the advice i recieved before have had to replace my components cannot go through this any more times.

_ Try testing the Board outside the case sitting flat with bare minimum components? (NO drives, no discrete GPU, no usage of case buttons or fan controllers, preferably using an air cooler for CPU testing purpose and checking motherboard CPU pins for integrity) and placing minimum needed memory module = X1 in the motherboard manufacturer recommended memory slot with Bios at it's default values with Xmp disabled and automatic overclocking and/or turbo core and asus turbo core disabled.

Did so with other systems, not this one
As i thought issue is identical but hold on i will try now thx.

Ok I did what you said (i hope) out of case on motherbaord box only cpu, atx connector & ONLY cpu connected and 1 stick tried also 2 sticks of RAM and with 1 or 2 sticks it works with turbo boost disabled but not with.....
Btw with turbo boost enabled i forget to mention there is also 25 code along side 32 i forget to mention. Sry so yeah turbo boost on problem turbo boost off no problem with minimal hardware stock cpu cooler borrowed from unused 4770k

The above is without xmp enabled too otherwise with enabled it also gives problems

Other weird thing happen while doing all this , my screen on asus bios screen where I press f2 has a brief like telefuzz 1/3 of screen bottom side, and the actual screen resolution or aspect ratio is not small but full .....

So basically you were able at some point to boot your system without errors? just to confirm
(when you run it outside the case with borrowed air cooler and XMP and Turbo boost disabled?)
You can adjust your configuration as you go, what I said is only suggestions about basic troubleshooting.

other thoughts: try these maybe they could be helpful
- avoid using case I/O power button (shorting motherboard power on 3 pins instead)
- using integrated GPU instead totally removing the discrete one.
- In Bios disable any Raid settings or intel optane storage, if in doubt just remove your M.2 drives and test with a spare 2.5 SSD system or even better without any system drive or attached hard drives.

Yes precisely, with no xmp and no turbo boots quick.
But with xmp even with turbo disabled it doesn't boot fine just double post and code 32 issue

Just to add , turbo cache frequency stays at 4400mhz idk if that's bad but anyway, I never tried this before (disable turbo boost ) with my other previous components.
So i feel a bit hopeful now.

-XMP is considered as a memory overclock and is not guaranteed to work and user might have to go back-fine tune memory voltage and timings>> Understanding and using XMP >> https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?98041-Understanding-and-using-XMP

- You can achieve a same frequency listed in XPM profile manually (to minimize amount of other settings adjusted automatically by the motherboard when you activate XMP) and adjust-fin tune meory voltage and timings

-in addition to turbo boost, your bios might also have ASUS ENHANCED TURBO. (disable to test)
- Some boards have automatic overclock as well at the bios level. (disable to test)

-Very good example of how setting up memory frequency manually or fine tuning Ram and bios after XMP might be needed >>So if I enable XMP or manually change ram speed does that disable turbo? >>http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/655860-So-if-I-enable-XMP-or-manually-change-ram-speed-does-that-disable-turbo

^This guide is very good, however 2 things:

Firstly;
Why would I be getting these double post issues because of enabling turbo boost even without any XMP. I thought it would run at normal jedec specs out of the box...is this wrong or it can happen?

Secondly- i had previously i tried to lower VCCIO/SA voltages and although it would not double post with XMP
It would take long to post and the codes 32 would still appear. I am worried about the settings because after a while running like this i could no longer post and board cpu and RAM was ruined.

My question after all this would be should I by different RAM or keep trying with voltages because i am scared since the 1st cpu died and now it is the 3rd & i don't know about any other voltages besides VCCIO ,VCCIA ones
