Should I buy gtx 1050ti

Hello! I have a question. Should i buy Nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti 4gb even tough the computer is atleast 7 years old?
My computer specs now:
CPU - Amd fx 4100 quad core
GPU - Nvidia geforce 9400 GT
Ram - 8gb of ddr3 ram
Motherboard - 760GM-p23

As you see my gpu is very bad

Probably not the greatest idea since the CPU is going to bottleneck hell out of 1050Ti.
My suggestion? Build an brand new PC from scratch if you are willing, or go used like haswell or Ivy Bridge (4th gen and 3rd gen) since you have DDR3 memory on hand and they should be pretty cheap (both CPU and motherboard).

But other hand at Q3 2018 somwhere around september or october should be released volta and prices of GPU's will go even more down, since market is still recovering from mining.
